Dear Families:
I am delighted to inform you that this year's eighth grade closing exercises will be held on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. in the gymnasium at the Easton Community Center. Following the ceremony, a light reception (hosted by 7th grade parents) will be held in the teen center.
Due to the capacity of the Easton Community Center, we must limit the number of people attending the ceremony. To accomplish this, each student will be give five "ceremony" tickets. These tickets will be collected at the door and are meant for immediate family/friends (mom/dad/brother(s)/sister(s), etc.)
Please help me by discouraging others from trying to attend. Neither I nor the Fire Marshall want to stop the event due to overcrowding. Should you need special seating (wheelchair), please notify Barbara Neff BNeff@eastonps.org by June 10 explaining your needs.
Tickets will be sent home with your child on Tuesday, June 22, 2009. Should your son or daughter be absent on that day, please stop by the school and pick up your allotment.
